Terms and Conditions

PRICES:

Prices are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to final acceptance by an authorized agent of Western Plastics.

CUSTOMER PICK-UP ALLOWANCE:

A pick up allowance is offered, check with your local sales rep.

PAYMENT:

Net 30 days from the date of invoice.

FREIGHT:

Freight will be paid on orders of 200 cases or more shipped in a single shipment to one destination. All Western Plastics products can be combined for freight allowances.

FINANCE CHARGE:

At the rate of 1½% per month will be made on all items over 1 month past due which is a annual percentage rate of 18%.

GUIDELINES FOR PRIVATE LABEL:

No minimum quantity for self-adhesive printed label. One time $150 origination charge.

RETURNED GOODS POLICY

When Western Plastics is responsible for an error in shipping or quality of merchandise, it may be returned, with authorization from the Calhoun, GA or Temecula, CA office. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the merchandise, less cash discount if applicable.

Merchandise damaged in shipment must be reported to Western Plastics within ten working days of invoice date. The freight must be held by the freight company or Western Plastics.

When a customer is responsible for an error, merchandise may be returned to Western Plastics with authorization from the Calhoun, GA or Temecula, CA office. The customer will be responsible for outbound and inbound freight along with a 20% restocking charge.

No credit will be issued for partly used rolls. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted for credit.
